Please call or text Synergi, or email us through our website to make your reservation. We do require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We ask that you book your appointment in advance to ensure you receive preferred date, time and therapist for your services. 


We will make a courtesy call to you 48 hours in advance of your reservation, reminding you of your appointment. We do ask, however, that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation. Changes to some appointments may require a deposit that is non-refundable if less than 48 hours notice is provided when cancelling.


In appreciation to our professional staff for outstanding services, a gratuity may be given at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, we request that you provide at least 48-hours notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. These fees are as follows:

  • $100 per scheduled hour for R.N. services
  • $50 per scheduled hour for Esthetics/Massage services

If your appointment is scheduled outside the R.N. or Esthetician’s regularly scheduled hours, we will require a non refundable prepayment for all services.

Referral Rewards

We are always grateful for your personal endorsements. To show our appreciation, you and your friend will receive a gift certificate to use at your discretion each time you refer a friend or family member to Synergi MedSpa.


Minors are welcome for treatments if accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed waiver. Childcare services are not provided. To ensure the absolute privacy and comfort of our guests, we ask that children not accompany you to a scheduled appointment.

MedSpa Gift Cards

Synergi can help you create a memorable experience for someone special. Gift cards may be purchased online, over the phone or at the spa. All gift cards expire one year after date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Many health conditions are indicated on the skin and can affect cosmetic health, so your medical information is very important in diagnosing issues with your skin and body.

  • Cash, check or credit card at time of service
  • Payment plans offered through CareCredit.
